Refreshed

As I look at the many systems that God has put in place for us to be refreshed and rested, and I just couldn’t close this series without mentioning one more.

Philemon 1:7 NLT Your love has given me much joy and comfort, my brother, for your kindness has often refreshed the hearts of God’s people.

I have had friends like that. I am so thankful for friends that knew just what to say to revive me, to encourage me, to refresh me.

Never forget you have that power, the power to encourage, refresh and revive.

Use that power!

Notice people around you.

Say thank you sincerely, while looking in their eyes.

Compliment someone, honestly from your heart.

Smile, you’ll be surprised how many people smile back.

Someone may need it worse than you think.
