Customize Your Conference
It is our desire to meet the needs of your church, not just have a seminar. To facilitate that goal we can customize the length of the conference, the day and the subjects to meet your needs. We can have one workshop per session or three different workshops going on at the same time depending on the attendance and your needs. Each session is between 50 to 55 minutes in length.
Most of the time you know your strengthens and weakness better than anyone else. I say most of the time, because sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know. When you prefer, we will be glad to consult with you so we can make suggestions to help you accomplish specific goals.
| Weeknights:Choose one or two sessions. If you want the session to fit in your normal one hour slot, choose one session. If want your people to come early for a meal together, then move into a longer time slot. We can also condense two sessions and fit them into an hour and half time slot. You can use your Wednesday evening service for a Parenting or either of the Inter-generational Conferences.
Multiple nights: We can minister in your church multiple nights to more adequately cover the subject like a mini-revival.
Saturday Morning: Choose three sessions. 9:00-12:00. Choose four sessions: 8:30-12:30 It would be a welcomed gesture for the church to serve complimentary light pastries or sandwiches.
Saturday Evening: Choose three sessions. 6:00-9:00. Choose four sessions: 5:00-9:00 In some cases I have seen better attendance for a Saturday evening.
All Day Saturday: Choose five sessions. 9:00-12:00 Lunch together- prizes fun time Finish the afternoon with 2 more sessions 1:00 3:00.
Friday and Saturday: Kick off the seminar with a Family or Inter-generational Celebration on Friday night. Parents bring their children for a time of fun and worship, parents return the next morning for three or four parenting sessions.
Or the inter-generational ministry can continue the next morning for three sessions. It will include both large group and small interactive group sessions.
Saturday and Sunday: Saturday three or four sessions. Then end the training with a Family Celebration on Sunday morning.
Sunday Morning: Pulpit ministry in your church.
