Need one more plate to complete your Vernon Kilns May Flower Vernonware set from the 1940’s. Or maybe you just love the plate and want to serve rolls or appetizers on it. While this set can be used all year round; but it is especially beautiful for Fall and Thanksgiving, especially since it uses brown and cranberry colors so beautifully!

I love this pattern. It looks like a bouquet you might gather in your hands as you walk along an old mountain road. There’s something soothing about thoughts like that.  It could be mixed with solid colors or Spode Copeland.

It amazes me that the pattern is bright and colorful after all this time.

This piece is in good condition, especially considering that it is somewhere around 80 years old.  No chips. No cracks. No glazing.
