How it Works
What do your people need?
It doesn’t make sense to straighten the pictures on the wall when the house is burning down. People have real needs…real problems and Jesus has real answers. We want to help you point people to those answers. Which conference would best fit your needs?
Pay attention to what people are saying
Pray. What need does God want you to address. Then listen. (It’s ok for their to be silence in your prayer time.) So take the time to listen.
When’s the best time?
Timing is everything. While the fact that people are busy isn’t an excuse to stop doing important things, it does require us to choose times that work best. It might mean adding a training sessions immediately before or after an already scheduled church service (with a meal) or that a Saturday evening works better than a Saturday morning. Pay attention to the rhythms of your people.
